New Cotters are being made for the top of the spring hangers. These were laser cut and then hand ground to the correct profile for the hanger. They will now be hardened ready for use.

The front pony truck just has two grease points and the pipework for these was aso finished, although again silver soldering remains to be done.

The driving wheel axle boxes are having missing bolts fitted to attach the securing plates to the oil wells. Also the fixing bolts are being drilled to take the securing wires to prevent the assembly coming loose in service.
